Refund and Returns Policy

1.Return Period:
Customers must contact us within 30 days after receiving the item. During this period, returns are accepted under the following conditions: the goods must be in good condition and not affect secondary sales, or if the customer wishes to return the item for personal reasons.

2.Return Shipping Fee:
a. For issues such as quality problems, receiving wrong items, or other service-related concerns, the seller will cover the return shipping fee.
b. For personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, dislike, bought by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

3.Refund Process:
Once the returned items are received, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Our staff will inspect and unpack your return goods as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

4.No Handling Fees:
We do not charge any handling fees for returns.

5.Tax Information:

Sales tax has already been included in the price of the goods as shown on our website.
5.2Import Duties & Taxes:
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be applicable when the items arrive at the destination country. These charges are imposed by the customer’s home country and are not covered by EasyShopEasy. Please be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. EasyShopEasy does not refund any fees or costs associated with customs clearance or confiscation by customs or any other government authority.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
All items should be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For returns or exchanges, please use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Return & Refund Process

6.Initiating a Return:
Please email us at huangyimin177@gmail.com with photos/videos of the items and your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days.

7.Returning the Item:
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please ensure the return is authorized; unapproved returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

8.Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. We will then issue a refund or exchange, depending on your request.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Damages or losses caused by the customer are non-refundable.
9.Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you have not received your refund within this time, please check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some time for the refund to be processed. 10.Order Cancellations:
We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If your payment has been processed but the item has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.
